The Milford Housing Authority was established to provide safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities in the Town of Milford and remains committed to this mission. We are committed to providing opportunities to people who experience barriers to housing because of income, disability or special needs in an environment that preserves personal dignity, and in a manner that maintains the public trust. A primary goal of the Milford Housing Authority is to continue to provide housing for these low-income households while improving housing and economic opportunities for residents and maintaining high standards of property management, fiscal management and service delivery.

       5 YEAR ACTION PLAN for Capital Improvements to Maher Court 2026-2030 

 

 

The Milford Housing Authority has prepared its draft 5 YEAR ACTION Plan for the Capital Improvements to Maher Court 2026-2030. The information is available for review on the Milford Housing Website and at the Main Office locate at 45 Birmingham Court, Milford, Ma 01757.  The plan has been posted in the mail room and laundry room as well.

 

The Public Hearing will take place for the draft 5 YEAR ACTION PLAN at the monthly Board of Directors meeting to be held on July 6, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at Milford Housing Authority Community Room at Birmingham Court. Milford, Ma 01757 Comments from the Public are welcome on or before July 2. 2026.     

 

 

The MILFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Roof Replacement - Maher Court at Maher Court in Milford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NAULT ARCHITECTS INC.

 

The Project consists of but not limited to:

Replace in kind existing asphalt roofs on Buildings "D" and "A" at the Maher Court Development. Advertised price includes all alternates.

 

The work is estimated to cost $120,000.00.

 

Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by

M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
