The Milford Housing Authority was established to provide safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities in the Town of Milford and remains committed to this mission. We are committed to providing opportunities to people who experience barriers to housing because of income, disability or special needs in an environment that preserves personal dignity, and in a manner that maintains the public trust. A primary goal of the Milford Housing Authority is to continue to provide housing for these low-income households while improving housing and economic opportunities for residents and maintaining high standards of property management, fiscal management and service delivery.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Energy Audit

SOLICITATION #: RFP 06924-01

 

 

The MHA requests proposals from qualified firms and individuals to perform an Energy Audit (EA) in accordance with all current HUD regulations and other guidance that may be issued by HUD from time to time. The EA will be conducted at the Maher Court housing complex in Milford, Massachusetts. The EA will include both dwelling and non-dwelling spaces and buildings as well as roads and parking areas. The results of the EA will provide the MHA with data to make both long- and short-term strategic decisions on its physical inventory and assist in obtaining financing. The MILFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Driveway & Walkway Paving Reconstruction at State Aided Development: Greenleaf Terrace (667-2) in Milford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GCG ASSOCIATES, INC..

The Project consists of but not limited to:

Site pavement, walkway and stair, railing and dumpster improvements The work is estimated to cost $386,000.00.

All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/08/2024 at 5:00PM EST for general bids.
